Toledo Gourmet is the legal seller and merchant of record for all Teleno Water (Agua del Teleno) products offered through this website. All purchases are processed and fulfilled by Toledo Gourmet as the authorized distributor.
This website acts solely as an online sales channel for the distribution of bottled mineral water products.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through this website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Orders placed outside these ZIP codes will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Due to the nature of bottled water shipments:
- A valid physical street address is required
- P.O. Boxes are not accepted
- APO/FPO addresses are not accepted
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet these delivery requirements.
6. Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery if required.
7. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all eligible orders within the approved New Jersey ZIP codes listed above.
No additional shipping fees apply.
Free shipping applies only to valid delivery addresses within the approved service area.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

9. Returns & Refunds
Bottled water is a consumable food product.
For health and safety reasons, all sales are final once delivered, except in the following cases:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- The product is defective
- An incorrect item was delivered
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to:

10. Pricing & Sales Tax
