At this time, Teleno Water does not accept returns directly. All returns and refunds are handled exclusively by the authorized distributor responsible for your order.

While material damage or missed deliveries are rare, if your product arrives damaged, is unfit for consumption, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact the authorized distributor identified in your order confirmation as soon as possible.

Eligible replacements or refunds may be issued for up to 60 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the distributor’s return policy. Where applicable, replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost.

For orders marked as missing, please allow up to 10 business days from the order date before contacting the distributor, to ensure the carrier has sufficient time to complete delivery.
